Shiatsu &

Oriental Therapies

Shiatsu is a Japanese form of massage therapy that focuses on applying pressure to specific points on the body to help alleviate pain and tension.

Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which views the body as a network of interconnected energy channels, or meridians. When these channels become blocked or out of balance, it can lead to pain, tension, and other health problems. By applying pressure to specific points on the body, Shiatsu practitioners aim to restore balance and promote healing.

All of our Shiatsu practitioners hold a Diploma in Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies obtained from The Australian Shiatsu College. This means that they have undergone extensive education and training in the theory and practice of Shiatsu, including the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Anatomy and Physiology, and hands-on techniques.

With their knowledge and expertise, our practitioners are able to provide safe and effective shiatsu treatments that are tailored to your individual needs and health concerns. You can trust that you are in good hands with our team of qualified and dedicated Shiatsu practitioners.
